The SYSOP ZAP command disconnects ("zaps") a user from the BBS. You can
zap a user off the system by using this command as follows:
SYSOP ZAP <user> [<comment>]
<user> is the name or partial name of the user to zap.
<comment> is optional. It can be any text that will be shown to the user
just before being zapped off. This is generally used to include a reason for
the zap, such as "I warned you to listen to me but you didn't!"
This command is obviously used to get rid of users who are really
misbehaving. Though the user can call back, it will no doubt annoy them to
have to do so, especially if the system is extremely busy. If you wish a
lesser punishment to serve as a warning, use the SYSOP TOSS command instead.
